Cape Canopy Tour - Shared Tour (per person) with Cape Town pickup

Cape Canopy Tour is a guided zipline adventure inside a World Heritage Site, in CapeNature's Hottentots Holland Nature Reserve in the Elgin Valley, just over an hour from Cape Town.

We collect you from a central Cape Town pickup point in the morning and have you back in the city at around 16:00, so you can leave the car and the navigating to us.

A safari-style open-top 4x4 takes you up the mountain, about 30 minutes, to where the slides start over 1,000 m above sea level. From there it is 13 elevated platforms, connected by 11 slides and a suspension bridge over a double waterfall. The longest slide runs 320 m.

Apart from the path in and the 1 km path out, the tour leaves no trail on the mountain. Between the platforms you travel by cable. That's how we reach a sensitive wilderness without leaving a mark on it. The R100 conservation levy on every booking goes to keeping it that way.

About 4.5 hours on the mountain, fully guided, two guides and never more than nine guests. Your transfer, safety gear and the 4x4 up and back are included. Your guides do this every day.

Suitable from age 5, with no upper age limit. Our oldest guest so far was 93.
